IMPORTANT - When Registering, your cart may show fees for each class selected, you will not be charged this amount. You will only be charged the amount of Membership fee (in full or Monthly as you indicate). The full amount for classes shows for record keeping. Again, you will not be charged more than the Membership amounts.
Non-Member Class Fees
Students may enroll at current published tuition rates.
Tuition and fees are NON – REFUNDABLE (except at management discretion, due to events beyond the Students’ control, e.g. class cancellation by L.A. Performing Arts). If Student wishes to transfer to another class or reschedule private lessons, the Studio will accommodate as available and will provide a comparable class or lesson (based on class size and age group availability). If transfer is not possible, Student will receive a credit that can be applied to another class of equal or lesser cost within 12 months beginning on the date of transfer request, at such time, the credit will expire. If class is cancelled in its’ entirety by L.A. Performing Arts, students will have the option to; transfer to another comparable class, or receive credit to apply to later sessions, or receive a refund. Students may make up a Weekly Class in any same-age class. All classes must be made up during the current session.
Membership Plans Terms and Conditions
I - Number of classes are per session (three sessions per studio year: Fall, Spring, Summer) and includes all classes offered (except Master Classes), and summer camps/intensives. Can be used by any registered family member. Additional Classes may be purchased at current published tuition rates. Members (family Members) may transfer to another class within the first two weeks of the session once per person. Class enrollment based on availability. If Member is not able to be enrolled due to maximum capacity, they will be placed on wait list for the following session for comparable class.
II - Costumes are included, 1 per enrolled student, per class – additional costumes purchased separately at market rate.
III - Private and/or vocal lessons scheduled as available. No roll-over, refund, or compensation (cash value) offered for unused sessions. Number of sessions are per 30-minute blocks of time. Additional sessions can be purchased at current rates at the time of booking. Does not include Professional Acting Services (coaching in studio/on-set, audition preparation)
IV - Tickets may be used for showcases and annual productions/recitals respectively. Additional tickets purchased at current rates. Seating determined by studio based on venue.
V - Master Classes – defined as classes taught by guest instructors and members may use one pass per person. No roll-over, refund, or compensation (cash value) offered for unused passes. Additional passes may be purchased at current rate. Gold and Silver Members may purchase discounted passes based on plan discount rate.
VI - Competition fees for local and regional events are included. National Competitions not included.
VII - Merchandise discounts based on Membership published discount percentages. Not combined with any other offers.
Memberships are valid for one studio year (September 1st – August 31st). Payments are non-refundable. Monthly Payments are due on the 1st of each month and a late fee of 5% is charged on the 5th of each month if payment is not received. If payment is not received by the 8th of the month, Membership is assumed as cancelled. Cancellation of Membership is subject to a $150.00 Cancellation Fee or Remaining Yearly Membership Balance – whichever is less. Memberships are not auto renewed. Paid in Full options are available.
Sensations Dance Company Members may choose between the Company Only, Company Max Out, or Platinum Elite/Platinum Plans. National Competition Fees based on Company Payment Policy and Plans.
